How high above the plant are your lights?

Initially it was 1'-4" and now it's 1'-8". It's a 100W LED panel. I've been keeping it on 24/7. I've tried using nightly rest period but have gotten similarly bad results.

I'd just skip the seed starting mix & go straight to using a good putting mix but I've got no other suggestions because that's strange. T-5 bulbs instead, maybe. Maybe less water, ok I should be quiet I'm just coin flipping.

Weird
Perseonally id move the lights more up maybe 3-5 inches Or if youre using a humidifier it may be too humid?

Also dont have it on 24/7 seedling need dark to move sugars they made

That looks like a calcium deficiency and I get it all the time. But, the lights may exacerbate the problem. It usually goes away after transplanting. Thats my present working theory.

Seedlings need 14 hours light max, they need a dark period to rest/respire

I'll try less intense light and adding a rest period for my next round of seedlings.

i do 16 hours of light per day and a week before planting i gradually decrease by 30 min or 1 hour to get to 12 hours so they get used to less light while in the greenhouse

16 hours is the max they could take safely in my time growing inside
