If there ever was a label that'll make you wanna buy something, sight-unseen, this is it! C'mon. WOW? WOW!
Oh, Ron once said he had even wanted to talk to me at a Growers' Seminar, like in 2008 or so. We never did talk,
being almost over, but it was a brighter day at the thought
of it, lol. eg

I guess he wants (and might be) the first to break 3k as well. Would like to have been a fly on the wall for that conversation.

A tremendous grower and great family. Has certainly helped so many many growers over the years going way back. I would rank Ron after my father Howard Dill, the "Next One"! Major stepping stones as to where so many growers are today. However there are a few others close behind in different regions. And I see some newer growers today doing the same...passing the torch. Well maybe??? LOL.

I just got a text from the current world record holder. He read this post & told me that he listens to me. Then we chatted a bit & he agreed that he only selectively listens to me!

I truly believe that one of the biggest problems that growers who have had a certain level of success is their willingness to change what they are doing. I used to have that problem as bad as anyone, then I moved to Oregon & had the opportunity to change everything!
