Check out this plant! It looks fantastic. I spend a lot of time standing around looking at it.

It's unbelievable how healthy your plant looks. Similar to Matt's. Is there anything in particular that you attribute that to?

It doesn't get beaten up by wind & the outdoor elements. I have only sprayed it 3 times. We have only had a handful of 90+ degree days. None over 100 degrees. All these things add up to age a plant.

Very Nice! things are lookin good , maybe the 1st 2500 lb pumpkin on the west coast, and with that weather forecast, look out ...exciting..

Looks perfect Russ. Take careful measurements as you get near the 27th... to see if its still growing!

Hey with a pumpkin like that why stop at 106 days? Keep it rolling!

You gotta love a season like you're having Russ! But I agree with Brandon. Why stop it at 106?

Brandon D. - I have lost a contending pumpkin, or 2, or 3 by keeping them too long and it has always been Half Moon Bay that I have kept them too long for. Plus I have known Brian M. and have considered him to be a good friend for 20+ years. Maybe it is the best decision, maybe not. What I do know is that I will be there on September 27th and I am going to have a lot of fun no matter what happens!

You're very smart Russ. But I still say: consider the pumpkin's opinion too! We always think our own plan is the best. Always be open to an even better outcome...

Absolutely beautiful leaves, I would say you have your soil dialed in to perfection. A perfect example of why you should only spray if you need too.
