Looking for the Giant head sunflower.
Where might I find these seeds?
The ones in the stores really suck any more.
They have giant stalks but small heads.

Yup - Relevant as any other, butt it is the slowest time of the year in my opinion, so when a post is in a certain category, it may not be seen if it is not noticed nor looked at by anyone with adequate interest in the topic mentioned within a couple of days' duration. Further adding to the original request, in the same location, 'rattles the cage' a bit, within reason;
I think yer in the right spot. Even though I have none for anyone, I can certainly recommend that you go here:

and select 'Sunflower Seeds'; They appear to be 8 for 20 to 8 for 15 and I definitely recommend that you get like 3-5 packets because you will want to get plenty going as they become harder to get ahold of. I got like 32 last time in probably '21 and I have about 16 left.

Sunflower seeds are IMPOSSIBLE to tell as to their viability due to that the seed case develops butt the innards might be vacant. There is a magical 'foam' material and the germ inside, and they sprout in 3-4 days in plain dirt and even better into moist seed-starting mix such as Jiffy-mix Natural and Organic; It's not required but makes it easier for seeds of any kind to sprout, hence the name. Shield/cover/ProTecT them as though your life's savings. I cannot offer you any advice on growing BHSFs, but I wish you luck and there may be more responses here just by default that time is passing.
