How tall should my tall corn be at 30 days?
I only have 5 plants in at the moment but my tallest is 136cm or 4ft 6inchs, is this tracking ok? I put a link to my grow diary it has a couple pics of them, the cultivar is Morado maize. I'd like to get a couple around the 4 metre mark. Currently hitting them with regular foliar and drenchings of npk 22.4.14

Also how much water are you giving your tall corn in the hotter months? I'm probably feeding between 8 and 10 gallon a day with tops in the mid to high 80's and bottom temps in the low 70s high 60s.

Well they are now 37 days old and 206cm or 6feet 7 inches, so put on 70cm or over 2 feet in 7 days. weathers still good here with tops in the low 80s and day length is 12hours 44minuts and won't drop below 12 until mid to late March My day length is very similar to some of the south American countries originate from and I am hoping this will work in my favour. This season is all guess work but so far happy with my progress.
