How tall is your tall corn? With the cold spring followed by drought conditions here in Iowa, my stalks are 2 - 4 feet shorter than last year.

Here's a short video with results from the Tall Corn contest at the Iowa State Fair:
http://www.iptv.org/fair/story.cfm/feature/sfa_20130816_4405_feature_5/video

1st place: 21' 4" (Topeka, KS)
2nd place: 15' 3" (Haper, IA)
3rd place: 14' 8" (Harper, IA)
4th place: 14' 6" (Waverly, IA)
5th place: 14' 4" (Waveryly, IA)

The day I was at the fair, the 1st place stalk was not there (maybe the dude took it back home with him to KS?) The 2nd place stalk had purple striping consistent with Morada variety.

How tall are your stalks this year?
