Q Tip

1) don't actually eat tomatoes but grow 35 tomato plants....
2) you use a $100 electric tooth brush for pollinating
3) Compare your new born child's weight to the weight of your biggest tomato. (tomato was bigger by the way :)

...You hear "dinner is ready" coming from the house 2x. You forget about because you are dealing with your plants. Thirty minutes later you go into the house to find your dinner in the garbage. Point taken.

It becomes more important in the spring to germinate and care for giant tomato plants for competition than growing cherry and regular tomato plants for eating. You can always buy cherry and regular plants at the store if lack of care causes them to die after you germinate them. I found my regular plants this year growing alongside my driveway courtesy of my neighbor's plants last year. :-)

Yes I was reading this. I was scolded and punished for germinating 16 poblano and 10 regular and cherry tomato plants and letting them all die while all my competition plants thrived.

Do you want me to make something up like my neighbors are outside with their kids, they check their toddlers diapers when I am putting down fertilizer?

I’d be checking the neighbors diapers...the cloth kind?...they would work for a ten pounder I think...or is that too weird?...
