I started my seeds in the peat tablets. I had about a 50% germination rate. About half of that are looking kind of limp. The 14 plants that I have growing have only received H2O to this point. I have the plants under grow lights during the day and turn off the lights for 6 hours at night. What should I be giving my plants now? They are probably 1.5-2 weeks old now. A couple plants are starting to get their true leaves while the remaining just have the first cots.

Thank you, Mark G.

Gritch, no heat mat. On a side note, I do have some of your 5.33's up and growing.

Take care of those little babies. Get them into real pots after they get their first true leaves. Don't over water them. Soon you will be able to spray them with some dilute water soluble fertilizer and use the same in your water when you water them, very dilute with less being better.

Do you have any pictures of your set up ? Kind of lighting distance from light ?

I have two 4 foot hydrofarm grow lights with t5 bulbs. I have the lighting about 2 inches or so above the tallest plant.

I would look into getting a heat mat for them. I bought some custom sized ones on eBay years ago, and the plants love them. Hopefully the 5.33 brings you better luck than I have had with them.

Gritch, I'll do my best with your 5.33's. Since my initial post, I have since repotted the plants and gave them a dose of a secret sauce. They have perked up.
