Nah, team 14 is in the lead at 1.67 pounds...ooops..i didn't get an official gpc weight on my first indoor tomato...guess will have to wait for a few weeks for the next one. Is it too soon for GPC to accept early entries.?

Dint realize that indoor grow tomato contest entries qualify for team challenge? Must read rules closer next year!! LOL Seriously hope that his 1.67 is his champion for the year!!!
So now guessing that if I have an early 5#'er...and then two late 6 & 6.98 #ers...I can enter as many as I want & the heaviest two count into the challenge? Peace, Wayne

There are rules? I missed that post. I remember reading something about the tomato entries needing to be GPC certified in 2018. I have heard of growers that send in two early entry forms into the GPC and then grow a bigger one. GPC limits it to two early entry tomatoes. Last year, if you sent in a third one and it was bigger than the first two, then they dropped the lightest from their list. I am not sure if it will work this year that way or not. This year..I do not think the winter grow tomatoes will be in the running for best weight. Give it enough time...they might become competitive.

what do you worry about a 3+ indoor winter grow Henry...i still wonder what the earliest i can enter a GPC early entry. When i pick my aeroponic..i am going to try to fill out the form. For now it doesn't matter..but do you think the indoor growers won't get better?
