I have a lg plant that has split into two separate main vines. Should I cut one of them? It seems they are competing and making each other have weaker growth than normal.

I had one of my plants double , I just cut the one that seemed to be not as solid, and put powered sulphur on the wound, and the plant is growing just great! Terry
