               How long after an application of Roundup on weeds should I wait before tilling. Weeds are pretty much all died down now and it's been 6 days.

               I googled roundup effectiveness period before tilling it 'In most situations, we recommend waiting 2 to 3 days after applying Roundup before performing tillage. If you are dealing with larger weeds and/or perennial and biennial weeds, you may want to consider waiting longer. Mar 21, 2019';
  Have a look at 'People also ask' answers as well(!); Even I had thought it was the next day, which is true in some cases;
  Here's the self-thought-of kicker:  You want the stuff to fully circulate through the plants while they are still functioning - perhaps each particle could become a new weed;
  I myself would plant second-day if in a spot that was NOT tilled (shoveled a hole, then planted it right there, maybe having rinsed the spot with H2O and raked it on the next day - there HAS been discussion that Glyphosate does not affect the plant if gotten on the vines, and so, I'm ASSUMING the roots); I hope this helps. Well, of course it does! later---eg Oh, in re-reading = "I think you'll be OK", lol--well it is done---eg

               I tilled 2 days after spraying my winter rye with round up, the rye was still very green when I tilled, but its all brown and as dead as can be. So the roundup did its job, as when I did the small hoops I didn't spray with round up and alot of that winter rye stayed alive after tilling
