Watered the plants in with it when I put them outside but now what? Stuffs not cheap so I want to make the best use of it. Do I drench as the the plant grows or mix it all up and inoculate the entire patch. If it's the later, when should I do that?

Add it to your vine burying mix.

Depends on if it is WP (wettable powder) or granules. If it is WP, water it in as the plant grows to innoculate roots; otherwise bury it with your vines.
