It surprises me every day Steve! Lets hope she can make it 7 more week! I have so many fans on fusarium spots on the main and a couple secondary vines, its like a circus in there! lol

On top of, it smells like a chemical factory in there just trying to push the disease back!

The documentary will be fun.:) We have some great footage at the Daletas patch we took over a couple day period. What a patch and the work he puts in blows my mind!

Chris' pumpkin is a BEAST. This one will go double-digits heavy. Zero echo when you thump it. His stump is as big as my thigh and I'm not a skinny person!

Excited to be part of the documentary! I will be representing all of us small-patch backyard growers!

Cool, any ideas on where it will air? I know there is a lot left to document. Maybe add a found footage element and have the pumpkin eat you at the end.

Thanks and thanks! My buddy says we have thousands of hours to edit and it will take into the winter to get through all the footage. We were suppose to finish it the year I caught pneumonia, but then covid hit and really screwed our timeline.

He says everything should be complete by this winter!

Floral was used on this fruit and its by far the hardest fruit I've ever grown. We just need to make it to the end!

As much as you want buddy!

I'm a giving type of guy! lol

KC Kevin has seen the plant. Compared to his beautiful plant, mine looks like it was attacked by Putin..

One of the reasons I grow these amazing pumpkins. You just never know what's going to happen and that excites me!

KC, get that record this year buddy! Your on the right track! Those few minor changes and you have a beautiful fruit going!

It does look really solid, great looking pumpkin Chris. Way to stay on top of the disease and not let it stop you.
