Weigh-off season is here, again! If you have two or more entries this year please make sure to enter your name exactly the same on all the GPC entry forms.

This is especially true for team names and couples:
Doe, John and Jane
sorts much differently than
Team Doe, J&J
sorts much differently than
Jane/John, Team Doe

Name order and even punctuation matter.

A good way to keep things matching is to use the pre-registration form for your entries:

Otherwise, please pick one name format and stick with it on the paper forms.

Many of you do a great job of this already, so thank you!

I mention it because I'll be calculating awards, jackets, and master gardener at season end. It greatly simplifies my job if I can group by exactly the same name from the start to do those calculations. Names must match exactly for this to work.
