At what day(s) after pollination can I expect my pumpkin to start slowing down in weight gain or are there too many variables for each grower.

There are a lot of variables. Soil Fertility, Plant Health, Daylight Length, Air Temperature, Diseases. Typically they gain the most from Day 20 to Day 60. The trick is keeping the plant growing

The measurements start to slow at around DAP 35 for most growers but maybe DAP 40 if you are lucky. I dont think the mearurements show actual weight gain though. Thats a question for mobeymike or someone else with a scale. I would guess DAP 35-45.

Day 40 x 2 is what we say in Wisconsin for your final weight I would say day 50 or so is past peak and should start to go down in gains from then on
