So one of my pumpkins has little tiny sap dots coming out of it in random places. Mostly on the sides. It is kinda like it just appeared over night. What is happening to my pumpkin? Thanks for your input

Very common, skin probably won’t be the smoothest at maturity.

Just keep an eye on it. It could lead to rot.

That just means it's growing good!
Like Megakin mentioned, it does create a potential rot issue, you just need to keep those spots clean.

My pumpkins have the same issue and am wondering what product you use to keep the spot clean to avoid rot? This is my 4th year growing and experienced these dots every year. Is there a way to avoid this issue?

It is just growing. 10% solution of bleach can help prevent issues.
