On a cliff in the desert

If you have a connecting flight in Minneapolis, You could plan a trip to the Mall of America. Schedule your flight from Minneapolis to Green Bay 4-5 hours after you land in Minneapolis. There is a light rail train that goes to the Mall of America from the airport. You just have to watch your time closely or you may miss your connecting flight. You have to allow time for rechecking in at the airport as well as time going to/from the Mall of America.
