After retirement, my mom started a gardening company in Illinois where she builds beds\gardens and maintains them for people through out the summer. Many of her clients enjoy the field pumpkin types and gourds so she's constantly calling me and texting me for specifics.
That being said, does anyone know of a good Field pumpkin\gourd\general garden book? She's gardened for over 40 years, but she's getting older and having a harder time retaining all the new info I giver her on pumpkins. I'm looking for something similar to Don Langevin's AG books many of us started with.
Thanks

out of curiosity, what did you find? NRAES Pumpkin Production Guide has been my bible for years.

2 books. The Vegetable Gardeners Bible since it placed an emphasis on organic and raised beds, and then Langevin’s organic book. It’s about AGs, but much of it can still apply to Field. Her company is all organic so Pumpkin size will typically be at a minimum due to borers.
