We have been receiving a lot of questions about arrival of plaques and ribbons. I personally have been in contact with our awards manufacturer voicing my displeasure on their lack of delivery as the GPC had all their ducks in a row. I have been told that all awards will be shipped today. We already had an early shipment that was sent out to our early weigh offs. I am expecting tracking numbers today as well. If your site has issues please contact your area GPC representative for assistance, that is the best way. We will be making changes to this going forward, I am not happy, this is totally unacceptable.

Our weigh off is next Saturday and was told everything was mailed yesterday so should make it.

Correct Moro, your weigh off date was listed as Sept 30th. This site was also one of the last the register, next year please register earlier with accurate information for better success. I doubt we will have the same vendor for next year, we want to change up the awards and improve the delivery dates to EARLIER.....GROW BIG

But please you do not say wrong thing about our club
we did everything correct...!

No ribbons have arrived for the Dutch Giant Vegetable Championship. Also no tracking number even after multiple email requests.

This year we paid $350 on time. Multiple requests to see if the payment was correctly made went unanswered. Now we have received no ribbons, no software and no listing on the GPC site. Emails regarding this were sent to the local representative and were continually forwarded to another member of the GPC but never answered. One of our growers who won a GPC prize in 2017 is still waiting for it. The GPC does a lot of good work, but they clearly need a lot of help in the adminstration department. This is not only an issue about the vendor.

Perhaps getting a new vendor in Europe will help to speed things up over here and save money on shipping as well.
