How does everyone store their seeds? Last year I didn't have very many, so I just kept them in my desk and didn't have any issues. I have quite a few more this year and want to keep them until who knows when. I have them in my deep freezer right now.

Deep freezer is the best. Constant frozen state, rather than a freezer that cycles on & off to defrost is what you want to preserve the seed.

I was wondering about this as well. Will seeds keep longer frozen than just dry at room temp? I was worried about "freezer burn" or the moisture from frost causing issues.

ron and i have all our seeds in a wooden case stored in a cool closet. nevr lost and and never had germination issues.
freezing of course is great if you plan on germinating years down the road.
most growers i know will plan on using a seed withing a few years - new & more desirable seeds come around every year.

The cooler the storage temp the longer the seeds remain viable. It is important to properly dry seeds prior to freezing though. At room temp the germination rate rapidly decreases and seeds may only be good a couple of years. Solid frozen they can last 10-20 years or even more. I am still using broccoli seeds stored in the freezer I harvested in 2012 with nearly 100% germination rate.
