My winter project has been to setup a greenhouse. Mission Accomplished now what...
Temperatures in Kansas will get 100+ degrees for possibly weeks at a time.
Any tips for keeping it cool and less humid inside during the summer months? Or any other tips for a newbie???

Just like most commercial greenhouses, you are going to need a giant evaporative cooler. You also have serious humidity to deal with in Kansas. Go to a commercial greenhouse in your area & learn how they make it work.

You are close to K-State. Go to their Ag department & ask them what they think.

some guxs leave the plastic in place but roll it up along the length of the greenhouse and let the plants grow out from under. Simplest and cheapest way to deal with multiple issues!
