          | Subject:  ideal pollunation time for the south

            | MR. T. (team T) | Nova Scotia |   since i'm in the bahamas this does not apply to most growers with the exception of southern growers and green house growers. but i would like anyones input..
 since the longest day light of the year for the northern hemisphere is june20-21 i have counted back 30 day's to may 21 as pollunation day and back another 60 day's to march 22 as planting day (may plant on the 20th though). this would optimize the daylight  for the optimal pumpkin growth.
