After many e-mails since the wcpga.com website went on-line only two days ago. It has come to the attention of the directors that there is a great demand to create a THIRD membership class for website access only.

It is there-for purposed that we create what will be known as "website membership."

Website Membership will have the following privileges and limitaions.

-It will be open to any one in the world of any age.
-It will NOT include Association status or voting rights.
-It will NOT include Free Seeds from the seed bank but WILL include Seeds from the yearly members handout.
-It will Not include newsletter mailings but WILL include access to the newsletters once posted on the website.
-It will be for access only to the wcpga.com members area including forums area, chat rooms, resouce area etc. and will NOT include any features stated in the regular or associate membership packages other than what is stated above.

The price purposed is $5.00 USD per year.

It will be in place Dec. 15 2003

As well the wcpga.com free period will end Dec. 31 2003 you can access the entire site now for FREE username and password for access is on the main page.

I think it's nice for you to go out of your way for everyone. I thought it was good the way it was, but some people might just want website access.
