 software to create a website and webspace you can use
 for publish.

            | BrianInOregon | Eugene, OR | I would be happy to help you get a site up and running and teach you how to do the basics in HTML so you can upload pics and create thumbnails, links, etc. As long as your ISP gave you some web space, all it takes is a few minutes to get a basic site up and running. For example, here's a site I made in about two minutes to show off this years pumpkin carvings....

 Anyone can do the basics and there are quite a few free software titles out there that help create an html file. I personally use Homesite because it's free and gives me complete control over the code.
