Everywhere there are growers

The 2015 150 square feet contest has concluded. This year we had 21 contestants representing 4 countries. At first glance it seems this should be an easy contest to finish but it has its own challenges.

9 growers succeeded in getting to the scale in spite of the obstacles.
2 completed the contest but were not officially weighed so only estimated weights were submitted.
1 succumbed to BES
1 reported an abort
3 exceeded the space limit and disqualified themselves
1 pulled the plant
1 couldn’t set a pumpkin
2 were lost to disease
1 is missing in action without a result.
