            | docgipe | Montoursville, PA | Bet a lot of guys like me don't have the date or the contacts to make plans for this event. Sure would appreciate posts here to help me and others begin making plans to be there. | 11/5/2003 7:09:10 PM |

            | kilrpumpkins | Western Pa. | I believe the seminar will be held at the Americana again on the weekend of March 27 & 28th. Mentioning the conference will get you a special room rate there. Don't think the boys up North have made the official announcement yet.

            | steelydave | Webster, NY | I was there last year. They had lectures, a seed sale, auctions, raffles, a lot of networking or just talking to a bunch of other growers. I met Howard Dill, Joe Pukos, Bill Bobier, Charlie Houghton, Andy Wolf and a bunch of others. It was a good time. | 11/5/2003 7:58:33 PM |

            | Alexsdad | Garden State Pumpkins | I ca tell you this it was my first pumpkin event and seeing all the growers you read about and all the BP.com people is well worth the time if you can make it....they are all even nicer in person...and besides meeing them and having a great time the information exchanged is incredible...got a problem...forty great growers have a way around it...the Wisconsin,Ohio,New Hampshire,Massachusetts growers are there en masse....toooo funny for words to watch these groups interact talk about good fun rivalries...I think there was 230 growers there for the conference. I'd be hard pressed to miss the next one...Newbies to Oldies, What a great bunch of people! Well run and organized my hats off to Daver for running a great seminar! | 11/5/2003 10:34:54 PM |

            | docgipe | Montoursville, PA | OK....We have the date confirmed as March 27-28. I'm going for my first time...how about you? It's a four hour drive more or less. Any male grower wishing to share a room and possibly driving through Williamsport, Pa on the way North may cooperate with me or I with you. That's for the driveing and or the room. Touch base with me if you care to.....I live five minutes from Route 15 North on the edge of Williamsport, Pa.

We will be making an official announcement probably later this week. Hope to have all the World Record holders present for presentation of the Orange Cup and Orange Jacket.
