Well it has snowed...every day for the past four days...and it is going down to 25 degrees F tonight. I have my three pumpkins wrapped in blankets and covered by a tarp sitting on the lawn. There is mill felt under two and mill belting (rubber) under the other one. Will the seeds still inside withstand this cold weather or should I scoop them today? I was planning on carving soon as I have to have carpol tunnel surgery on Tuesday so I must do something. Waiting for halloween will not be an option. This crummy weather...anyone ever carve these A.G.'s in the snow? Mine weigh from 280 to 422 pounds so moving them in the house is not an option. Suggestions anyone?
