anyone recommend seeds that consistently grow
large orange round shaped pumpkins? and are these seeds
available from anyone out there?

i am willing to send some cash to anyone wanting to part
with top genetic seeds that have a strong genetic line of
producing nice shape and solid orange color.

please contact me at [email protected] if you have some.

please list seeds you know produce this type of pumpkin
even if you don't have any to part with.

thanks

i can tell you right now.....Mr. Rainydays (shannon engel) on this site has a small 200 some lb fruit that was selfed on a 801 stelts clone of the 801 that grew the 1049 Koch 02. Those seeds will throw you some orange specimans, but most likely will be below est. Just go to nic welty's growers diary and find a pic of his 801 clone fruit...absolutely beautiful.

My 208# Little, 120 frantz X 940 Mombert '98 turned out quite well. The 940 pollinator was quite orange/red, great shape.
Pics at and towards the end of my diary posts. 940 pics there as well.
I'm biased but it's a beauty....

PS....731 Stucker throws gorgeous pumpkins!

Andy Wolf had an 865 Mettler x 920 Cole a couple of years ago, i think it was his 360, anyone know how it did? it sounds like one that could produce some nice orange ones, as well as a few of Tom Beachy's crosses from last year or anything else with 567 Mombert in it.

i gave out a ton of 360's but haven't heard back that anyone has even tried it. it's on my short list to try next year if i get extra space and time. might be a nice one.
