I'm curious, what was everyones pH at the beginning of the year? And how heavy or light did your pumpkin/s go?

Hi Ben ! The pH was between 6.00 and 6.50. OTT of my pumpkin(802Dill`02)was 330inches = 710lbs and the result at the German Weigh Off was 714lbs. Peter

Ben,
My Ph when the season started was 7.0. It ended at 7.3 (I believe due to my water) and I grew an 805 and 870. BTW...seeds from both are on their way to you hopefully in return for some of those 880's! Dale

my ph started at 7.5, went to 6.6. I added sulfer a month before planting and i think the ph was dropping from manure too. I had 345 lbs (370) estimated day 43, split on blossom, grown in 96 sq ft of dirt. I have heard that a PH problem high or low (5.7 to 7.5) or so can still grow a monster. Proven by many growers. Jim

Ohhhhh....lol. My 805 was est. My 870 was 2% light, but was wide open for a week or so before weighing.
Fine Ben, be that way. I didn't want any of the damn things anyway...lol...just kidding.

Ben, mine are still on the ground and growing and will update later on this topic. Our ph was 7 at the start of the year and hope we go 9.5% heavy like some of the others.
