Yeah, the former record was broken twice today and exceeded 3 times...Only trouble was I only held the record for 30 minutes...lol....
John Powers, lobsta, exceeded the mark too..

6 giant pumpkins from Maine that weighed in at Topsfield Fair. 1) 978.6 lbs. Al Berard, Sanford, ( new state record, previous record was 871 lbs. ) 2)906.2 lbs. Billy Clark, Bristol, 3)877.8 lbs. My 978.6 is from the Dill 810 . I thought up WAIT TIL NEXT YEAR about 2 years ago because when the season ends I keep telling myself , I think I can do better than this so, WAIT TIL NEXT YEAR. Al
