Yeah, the former record was broken twice today and exceeded 3 times...Only trouble was I only held the record for 30 minutes...lol....
John Powers, lobsta, exceeded the mark too..
I won't steal the grand masters thunder by telling the details...

6 giant pumpkins from Maine that weighed in at Topsfield Fair. 1) 978.6 lbs. Al Berard, Sanford, ( new state record, previous record was 871 lbs. ) 2)906.2 lbs. Billy Clark, Bristol, 3)877.8 lbs. John Powers, Harpswell, 4)764.8 lbs. Elroy Morgan, Bradford, 5)693.3 lbs. Al Cole, Dayton, 6)535 lbs Ron Bechard, Chelsea. PS jammerama, nice talk by you.

My 978.6 is from the Dill 810 . I thought up WAIT TIL NEXT YEAR about 2 years ago because when the season ends I keep telling myself , I think I can do better than this so, WAIT TIL NEXT YEAR. Al
