My biggest pumpkin, grown on a seed from Nic Welty (last taped at sept15 by OTT 239 for est. 286 lbs), were pick up yesterday eve. I trade it for load of horse-manure. Today the farmer e-mailed me, weight on his certified scale is 321,5 lbs. That beats my PB from last year by 114,5 lbs.

The Job is done, looking forward now for 2004.

Great job, boehnke!! Personally, I think the farmer got the best of the trade! It should be worth at least three loads!! :>)
