Fellow growers, where have you been sending your soil for a competent analysis. Thanks in advance. Kayla, Enumclaw, WA

I use A+L west, but i think there is one closer to you. it really doesn't matter, since it basically takes about the same amount of time to get to the lab. here's the website for A+L west:

please email me ([email protected]) your results when you get them, as i am collecting them from pumpkin growers and compiling the numbers. I have a lot for you to compare to.

Andy,
Where can we see these compiled results to compare to our test? I should have mine back this week. Dale

Dale, aggc members can view the info, which is tied into the ability to cross-reference with the fruit that grower has had, on the aggc website. when people email me their numbers, i add them into my database (ms excel format), and i send them back an updated version of my excel file. i like the excel file the best for comparing grower's results. i haven't recieved any new additions since sometime in the spring (not a suprise since most only sample in the fall and/or spring). There are currently about 180 or so samples from many different growers in the database (not sure of the exact number, i'm at work now). i will post a reminder here shortly after the major weighoffs as a reminder to people to get their soil sampled and to send me the results. by then i should also have a little more free time to to the data entry also.
