if you have a semi rot pumpkin,,
bottom rot.
could you stop the rot?
clean it out and perhaps freeze dry it?,,,,
or something?

Just how big is your pumpkin? And how big is your freezer?

I doubt it is worth doing anything with but feeding to the cows.
