My pumpkin has something on it that I think may be rott. I has white, round and soft spot on it and it is bigger every day.
If You know what it is, tell me and tell me what to do about it too.

Go see my diary. Look at the last twenty or so pix. If it looks like that the pumpkin will go down in blazing glory within a day or two.
Sorry to report it appears to be from internal rot based on your words. Look for a crack anywhere that would have permitted the air to get into the cavity. If you find that there is no doubt what is happening.

pumpkin lover some times soft spot starts from the out side so try and scrape out all the soft stuff then rinse clean add a fungicide and put a fan on it. during this process you may find it gets large a hole than smaller in this case your done.

THere are about 10 big cracks.
