So many people seem to be calling it quits right about now. I'd like to know how many pounds some of yours have gained in the month of September....20, 50, 100?

Great! That means if my baby wakes up and grows 600lbs we will have bragging stock. :)

It all depends on how old the pumpkin is, your location, what shape the leaves are in (do the leaves look old or still young), and the weather.

I have 1 that has gained 54lbs in the last 7 days. I have a surprise one that is maybe 15 days old gain 98 lbs in those 15 days. The first 5 days of Sept was over 100, I thought for sure nothing would gain anything. I have a really good shot at getting my Personal best over 400lbs now. So Im pretending the season just started and keep going at it until the plants die...Greg

My #1 has put on only 21 lbs while my #2 has put on 73 lbs. My buddy Steve's have put on 36 lbs and 41 lbs in the first week of September. Really depends where you live. With our weather in the Pacific Northwest, you should expect growth until late September or even early October. Good luck.
