Subject: what colors is your 821 garrel pumpkins

I have a 821 garrel pumpkin and never had a pumpkin look like this in color its turning a color orange, but also it looks like some color green is bleading through it around the pumpkin is this normal.

So far still not coloring up. Pale. Yellowish. Young frut though. Less than 30 days. But green does express itself in this line occasionally.

Green,, both of them that I have set on the 821 Garrell.The biggest one is selfed because when I saw the females were green I did not want to take any chances. The second one, which the seeds will not be mature until sometime early next month, is pollinated with the 703 Smith.. Thomas

mine started out yellow, now its starting to mature a orange and some green mixed around the outer stem side.I will post a picture tomorrow and let you see what it looks like. She still looks good to me its the biggest pumpkin i grew

Mine also has a checked pattern of green, pale yellow and some orange. I will post some pictures in near future…
