Copper hydroxide is listed as an acceptable organic fungicide. So it should be edible. But who grows these things to eat...Hmmm guess I am going to have to get a bigger freezer, or more canning jars. Shannon

From what I understand copper is safe. It has been used for 100s of years on grapes. Our water lines are made from it and they even put it in multi-vitamins. If your eating it don't use systemics.

If fungicides rendered fruits & vegetables inedible we would have all starved to death years ago.
