            | PumpkinShepherd (Todd) | Indiana | Anyone know where I can find sulfur to fill splits on the shoulders of my pumpkin since captain is out of the question. The only sulfur I could find was some green light brand at Lowes that said not to use with pumpkins. So would like to fill the splits. Hoping its will heal itself since not having any growth spurts. Did mix up some cleary and subdue and put some on the splits. So anyone that has used sulfur and know what the brand is and where to get it would be a great help. Think it was from stem stress but now have the vine raised up. The 735 Pukos pumpkin is shaded and put plastic over the stem to keep rain out. Pumpkin is at 102" cir. and growing at a rate of 3 inches a day. | 8/15/2003 8:07:09 AM |
