This is a difficult growing year for the whole Northeast. There have been more challenges than you can shake a stick at. I assume you have been in all of the West to East storms passing by since last Thursday. The light factor has been very much a missing factor...No sun! At least not a whole day of sun, it seems, forever.

I would take no drastic action until we get normal light and dryed out somewhat. Increase your kelp or seaweed if you have kelp due to the warm and high moisture weather. It will help prevent milldew. Have a fungicide ready to use on first sight of milldew. If you see milldew near the patch on other plants I would use fungicide right now.

Some other Pennsylvania growers have nearly stopped growing or seen greatly reduced growing. It is not something you alone are facing. My opinion is, for you, to relax and wait this weather pattern out. If you top load fertilizers now it may creat a spurt when you dry up and get good growing conditions.
