            | Tremor | [email protected] | I think I've read that a good goal for the "30 days from set" mark is 100 inches circumference. Is that correct? The circumference at the widest point parallel (or nearly so)the ground? We broke 70" in less than 21 days. Do we stand a chance?
Time to read Don's books again.

            | Autumnloft | Monrovia,CA | There is one fruit on the plant which is at 95"C on day 25. Don't know that it will last though....fruit is more yellowy than cream-colored. We may ripen early. Steve, you've been a great help to all of us and I hope you have the best year ever. Thankyou for all your expertise and advice.Michelle

            | swaintech | churchville, ny | Day 36 - 106.5" circumference on my 948 Nesbitt (pollinated with 1230 Daletas)BUT it is only 54" from trunk (it was my first of the year and I could not bring myself to destroy it). I have it growing almost upside down with the stem on the ground and hopefully will continue to survive | 8/9/2003 3:06:48 PM |

            | Dsclatt (David) | Lake Stevens, WA, USA | My best this year is 93 inches in 32 days. It's not 100" in 30, but it's the best I have ever done in 5 years. It won't grow a thousand pounder, but it will certainly get me a new personal best.

            | shazzy | Joliet, IL | gus was 102" on day 30 and j.b. was 104" on day 30.gus slowed down a lot, and j.b. is now slowing down some
too. might have been the hail storms, maybe the floods,
maybe the cool weather, and 70 mph winds rolling
secondaries. but they still are growing and i decided to
use 5-10-40 to try to kick them back in gear. hopefully
they will not blow because of the potassium rush.
