            | Boily (Alexsdad2) | Sydney, Australia | Carlos, Would just like to say you could be on the way to a new world record, and you are doing an awesome job in growing AG's. Every aspect of growing you have planned, researched, pondered and combined with lots of hard work your fruit are unbelievably big for their age!!!!! Keep it up and good luck!!!! Anyone ever heard of 697 pounds estimated on day 35 and 41 pounds a day!!!! On the 600.5 Gregory.... Just incredible!!! Hope the temps come down a bit soon for you...... Ben

PS Thanks for growing my 950.4.....hope she can keep up with the 600.5.....last report she was a little bigger at day 25!!!!

            | Don Quijot | Caceres, mid west of Spain | Thank you very much friends for all your cheers. The truth is I had great teachers who give me fine advices. I have put a lot of hope in this endeavour and I am trying to do my best in the patch everyday, but I have to learn a lot and this season will be a intense lesson to me. Now as long as I can see these fruits grow, I am enjoying the work done. I know the final size will depend on the long they still growing and accidents and splits aren't unusual with AGP as well. When they will want to stop? is now up to them.

            | Mark in Western Pa | South Western Pa | I also wish you the best of luck Carlos. I have enjoyed your excellent grower’s diary and appreciate your hard work.
I think establishing a new world record outside of North America would only help the sport. ( just for this year though :) )

 Good luck again

            | Don Quijot | Caceres, mid west of Spain | Too soon to through flags into the air, fellow growers. Let me share my thoughts with you:First of all, most of the credit has to be paid to the seeds. These seeds I planted in May 5th, after doubting a lot among a bunch (like every grower), have an incredible potential I believe.
Second, I know that when a candle lights with a big flame uses to last shorter.
Third, the OTT chart we all use to estimate pumpkins weight while growing was made with slower growing fruits, and maybe adult fruits. And as a result of that it could be that it wasn't the most appropriate for this young fruits. Probably they are lighter than the estimated, at least at this moment.
Fourth, I am wishing the next measuring day to come!

            | southern | Appalachian Mtns. | Heck of a job Carlos, you're way ahead of others I know with biggies. Finest prepared and maintained patch seen on BP. Even the plants are perfectly symetrical with leaves to kill for.

You have to make living growing things, you're too good not too.
