            | Cheese Wiz | San Luis Obispo Ca | One of my bigger AG is starting take off in growth. As she grows I notice that she is picking up the vine with her stem where they conect. Question, should I help her and put something under the vine to take the pressure off the pumpkin stem where it connects? Help! | 8/8/2003 11:55:16 AM |
            | MR. T. (team T) | Nova Scotia | first make sure you have no tight roots near pumpkin. then if possible move pumpkin forward. personally i found that bracing up the vine created more stress. seemed slacker with only roots cut along main and nearby secondaries. but in this fickal world of pumpkin growing we must in the end find our own way | 8/8/2003 12:19:33 PM |
