I noticed that near the stem on the shoulders in several areas there is some type of clear stuff coming out. Is this normal. It is not on the stem but on the shoulder of the pumpkin. The stem looks good no splits but this leaking makes me beleive that the pumpkin has little splits from growth. It is 55in cir. on day 19 but is gaining 3 inches per day and no big growth sperts.
