            | Smitty | Edmonton, Canada | I'm heard from so many growers, that the weather they're experiencing has been very strange this season. Way up here in the north, the highs have been in the mid 90's, and the lows barely dip down to 70. That is very warm for this neck of the woods. What has everyone else been seeing? | 7/31/2003 11:36:48 AM |

            | Green Angel(Cary Polka) | Grants Pass, Oregon | Smitty this summer so far has been the hottest in a long time. We have been getting highs in the 100's. The other day it was 110, 108, 106 and then last sunday it was 111. The night time lows have been in the 80's. | 7/31/2003 1:41:41 PM |

            | peepers | Tacoma, WA | Don't try to tell the NE growers about "Global Warming"!!Now ...they just might buy into the theory of "Advancing Rain Forests"! :>)

            | quinn | Saegertown Pa. | Nights in the 50's days in the 70's cloudy most of the time and rain and then some rain and some more rain and did I mention rain. | 7/31/2003 2:33:52 PM |

            | thebez | Cooks Creek, Manitoba, Canada | Actually some of the models for global warming have a couple areas of the world where temperatures end up being cooler - one of them being the NE section of N. America. Maybe you guys will have to start getting use to it???? | 7/31/2003 2:44:49 PM |

            | KYGROWER | KENTUCKY | perfect last couple weeks, highs in the mid to upper 80's and lows in the upper 60's to low 70's. raining about once a week. Can't complain here right now. | 7/31/2003 4:48:18 PM |

            | Case | Choctaw, OK | nights in mid 50's and highs in mid upper 70's. A few nights have been in the mid to upper 40's. But no rain like the east is having...dry dry dry...(but we got over an inch of rain tonight!) The next 4 days are to be cloudy and rain....we already had two days of clouds and rain.
No days over at or over 89 degrees this summer....last year we had 10-20 days of 89 or higher....its been great summertime weather for living conditions....but kind of cold for pumpkins...the night time lows are the problem. still managing to grow some nice pumpkins so far.

            | Green Rye | Brillion Wisconsin | 7 1/2 inches of rain the last 2 days, my #1 patch is water logged. A week ago it was 48 degrees at night. I got some minor hail damage. Right now I'm praying for hot dry weather. Dean o | 8/2/2003 10:11:38 AM |

            | Cheese Wiz | San Luis Obispo Ca | I live in Central Cal, right in between SF and LA 15 mlies from the Pacific. The region has a average Temp of 75 all year long. For the last few weeks been average of 95+ with many 100+ days. The humidity is very high. We are experiencing wheather blowing in from the Gulf of Mexico a Monsunal flow. I hope it gives up soon! | 8/2/2003 3:21:08 PM |
