since many of us are having a hard time growing giant pumpkins this year maybe we could show off some of our giant weeds. ???
It's not a contest... (because i'm sure I'd lose :) ... and there isn't any prize) But I've got some nice ones. some about 6 ft tall, others about 2-3 ft in diameter. If i ever remember to take pictures of them I'll post them in my diary... maybe others could post theirs too.

ps. no cheating allowed ie no going over to the neighbors field or enlarging you patch to include the back woods... they must be from inside the boarders of your patch.

too bad my tomato plants that are in the patch aren't over 6ft. tall like the one in the flower garden.

Well, I have been neglecting the weeds at the end of the patch......Today decided to weed some tomato plants, and had a difficult time finding the Tomato plants. Some of the weeds were taller than the corn, sunflowers, and tomatoes.

I got so many giant weeds my weed wacker is about as effective as a pair of nose hair clippers! Heck my roto-tiller tines are so clogged up with weeds I had to use the die grinder to remove them! I'm serious...

Since I'm spending all my time weeding the pumpkin patch the weeds have taken over the asparagus, some of the tomatoes and the roses.
