My pumkins (2 plants) have about 6 secondaries each, and every secondary has few more secondarys. I don't know if I should cut them off or let them grow?

Them secondaries on your secondaries are called tertiaries. The tertiaries should be cut off otherwise it gets to be a mess. Shannon

But if there are to many tertiaries will pumpkin (the fruit) grow faster or slowr?

Tertiaries are excess use of growing energy. Wack 'em and send that energy to the fruit.

If leaves make food for the fruit then wouldn't the tertiaries leaves be benefical?????????????

A couple of my plants have lost many of its leaves in the center (chemical burn) I'm now keeping all the tertiaries to provide food producing leaves, I'm I wrong?

Thanks

I think generally the more leaves the better, to a point. If you let all of the tertiaries grow, you'll be left with a tangled mess that you won't be able to work with. In my opinion, go with secondaries, which should pretty much fill the patch up completely. If there are any bare or damaged spots, let tertiaries move in to fill it.

Good Luck to everyone!
