My appalachian F1 transplants are turning yellow. They have been in the ground for 2 weeks. What should i do?

Has it been raining heavily? What are the weather conditions, if it is a transplant they all go through some stress when they are planted.

How old were the transplants...were the root bound prior to planting. Give them some water with something high in phosphorous to encourage root growth. Bloom Booster is great

4 weeks old, and the nitrogen in the soil was a little low

Try some foliar nitrogen and magnesium. I had the same problem with one plant this year and doing that eventually snapped it out of it.

Finally got some rain last night! Garden looks dry already but im sure it helped
