            | Brigitte | | my 21 day old fruit isn't shiny today. it grew it's normal gain overnight. when do they usually lose the shine and get the ugly AG look to them? | 7/28/2003 12:16:30 PM |

            | gordon | Utah | They usually stay shiny for a long time... till they change color at maturaty.as long as it is still growing i think you are ok. when it stops growing then you are in trouble. fruit can abort upto beach ball size.

            | docgipe | Montoursville, PA | Fruit can abort anytime but not usually after basketball size. | 7/28/2003 3:17:53 PM |

            | brentw(2) | | Hey G1T, I just sent you an email on this exact topic.
Bridgette, I have the same issue today. Measured this morning and had 7" of gain (OTT - a little less than average), but this afternoon it looked dull and perhaps white in areas.

The circumfrence is 76" (Day 24), certainly over basket ball/beach ball size????

Tomorrow I will let you know if they can abort at this size. Good luck Brigitte!

            | Brigitte | | Update...she gained 4 inches of circumference overnight, which is normal for her, so she didn't abort on me. :-) | 7/29/2003 10:26:08 AM |

            | brentw(2) | | Great Brigitte!
Same here. I guess I am jsut a little paranoid as everything else has aborted in this Utah heat wave.
