            | Giant Veggies | Sask, Canada | My wife asked me to post this to get advice on her 895 Hester fruit cause she doesn't know how to describe it.
Her 895 fruit is starting to grow down onto its blossom end. This is possibly caused by the hole in the vine about three feet from the fruit (I believe she posted a pic of that in her diary, it was kind of ugly) The bottom left side of the fruit is not growing unlike the rest of the fruit. It had started to rib quite bad and looked like it would just blow apart but looks like it has now started to just grow around the ribs, I've sent her out to get pics of the fruit but it is night time and I don't know how they will turn out.

What should she do as I'm at a loss, The fruit reached day 20 yesterday and measures 60 1/2 Circ. with a 148 ott. there doesn't seem to be any vine stress and I tried to lift it but the weight would tell me it is very thick walled and with the deformed side should be at about 65 -70 circumference. It sits on a 2' x 2' styro foam pad 2" thick. some have suggested growing fruit on this material doesn't let the fruit slide but I've never had a problem with this, it is just not growing on the one side and has now started growing around this area and down.

Should she cut off the tip of the blossom flush with the fruit and paste it with fungicide. she has a big bloosom on that fruit and if it grows much more down it will push it up into the fruit. any one grow a fruit on it's blossom.

Any Help??? she got pics and she is going to post to her Diary in a minute.
