            | Duster | San Diego | I use age old organics fert high in potassium. Seems to work well. I think its 5-10-29 if I remember right. Just look up age old organics or the info is in the back of Don Langevin's book "how to grow world class giant pumpkins II" best of luck, Jim | 7/26/2003 7:47:37 PM |

            | Desert Storm | New Brunswick | mudflap...I, too have the 0 0 60. When should I begin to apply it? My largest pumpkin is 55 inches cir down to newly sets. Is 1/3 tsp per plant the recommended amount all season? and how often should it be applied? What about 15 30 15 Miracle Gro and 20 20 20? I have been using the Miracle Gro once weekly at the rate of 2 tbsp per 2 gallons water per plant. I was wondering whether to shift to the 20 20 20 and or potash. Is potash enough on its own? (I soooo confused) LOL | 7/27/2003 2:35:06 PM |
